NH Generator Installers have been my maintainers for the past eight years and with out fail they have kept my old horse running so when it died I had them install a new Briggs and guess what it came in wired incorrect from the factory the techs from NH were not provided manuals to trouble shoot but they kept at it and finally got Briggs to work with them on the problem I am up and running Greg my tech whom I felt bad for having almost no assistance from Briggs for over a month never gave up I could see the relief on his face today. Due to an issue beyond their control, after a year or so one of their 2 installations at my location simply failed. Furthermore, the manufacturer was unable to remedy the warranted product. NH Generator worked with the manufacturer to find a solution nonetheless – involving a completely new installation and removal of the old product with zero cost to me.

Bottom line: these guys have a great sense of responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of their work. In my experience, companies like this are truly rare.

Love these folks. First contacted them when our whole house generator hadn’t run for a few years and another company wasn’t able to get it running. Called New Hampshire generator and the owner answered the phone. After asking me two questions he knew the solution and sent a tech out that week. Adam, the technician, was awesome and had it up and running in less than 2 hours (on a brutally cold day). The owner’s diagnosis was dead on and Adam also found another problem that needed to be fixed. Since then, they have performed yearly maintenance on our generator and their technicians are always awesome and very helpful with any questions I have.
