Our 8-year old Generac whole-house backup generator had its annual PM performed this past Monday. Grayson was efficient and knowledgeable as a new employee. He recommended installing a new battery. Sure enough, when the original battery was removed it was swollen on one side. Nice catch! We have had 3 unplanned service calls over the years. None was an emergency. Adam showed up each time and took care of us promptly. Once we had a malfunctioning electronic circuit board. He cleverly reset a relay on the board by changing the power-up sequence DC/AC and it worked. We learned later a replacement board would have cost > $1000. It has not malfunctioned since. Our experience has overall been very positive with NH Generator Installers. I recommend supporting this small business.
