These guys are amazing!
Due to an issue beyond their control, after a year or so one of their 2 installations at my location simply failed. Furthermore, the manufacturer was unable to remedy the warranted product. NH Generator worked with the manufacturer to find a solution nonetheless – involving a completely new installation and removal of the old product with zero cost to me.
Bottom line: these guys have a great sense of responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of their work. In my experience, companies like this are truly rare.
